What is the difference between a graphic novel and a comic here?
A comic breaks a story into panels with speech bubbles on a page grid. A graphic novel here is a longer, book-shaped story: every page is painted as one full illustration, the dialogue is lettered into the art, and the book has a front and a back cover. Same idea, more book.
How do I make a graphic novel with AI?
Write a short synopsis, pick a reading age and a story type, and the full story is written for you to read and approve. Choose an art style, see the cover concept, and the director plans and paints every page. You can then redraw any page from its prompt or retouch one corner, and download the finished book as a PDF.
Will my characters look the same on every page?
Yes. Every character is designed from several angles before any page is drawn, and each page is painted against that sheet. Keeping a face the same across a whole book is the part most tools get wrong, which is why this one starts with a character sheet.
How long is a graphic novel?
Up to 24–32 interior pages depending on reading age, plus a front and back cover. The director plans the number of pages from the story itself, so a short synopsis gives a short book rather than padding. A longer story can be split into episodes, up to 8 in one series.
What can I make for free?
New accounts start with 1500 credits and no card. That covers writing the story and seeing the cover concept, so you can judge the book before paying for the pages.
Which age is it for?
Ages 6–15. The reading age you choose sets how much text sits on a page and how many pages the book can run to, so a book for a seven-year-old is not the same book with smaller words.
Can I print it?
Yes. Download the whole book as one PDF and print it at home or at a print shop. Nothing to order from us and nothing to wait for.
Do I own what I make, and can I sell it?
Yes. Our Terms assign you the rights to the graphic novels you generate here, for personal or commercial use, and paid plans export without a watermark. Three limits are worth reading first, chiefly that AI results are not exclusive: a similar synopsis can produce a similar book for someone else.
